Dear Beautiful Followers,
I’m taking a two-week hiatus from blogging to polish up my precious program. I love creating and sharing recipes with you all, but sometimes all that time in the kitchen and food excitement causes my lines to be a little sloppy. My integrity is feeling off with my quantities and my sabetour is stirring. That means it’s time to simplify things and reign it in.
I’m under a commitment contract to write down my food precisely every night and to weigh and measure every bite for the next 2 weeks. That means I need to keep my food simple and easy to measure (no fancy recipes, no one pot-meals).
I might post a little bit if I feel inspired to make something yummy and straightforward, but I just wanted to let you know that I’m still here, still loving you all, and taking a moment to regroup and care for my own recovery.
