This breakfast is super easy and convenient. This is a great one for camping, road trips, or traveling. The peanut butter granola counts for part of a protein serving (see below), so you have some protein left for the yogurt.

Maintenance Modifications

  • Grain Additions: Use a maintenance serving of granola. (See granola recipe)
  • Protein Additions: Add 6 ounces of yogurt instead of 4, and add 1 additional ounce of nuts and seeds.
  • Fat Additions: Increase nuts or seeds.
