This breakfast is super easy and convenient. This is a great one for camping, road trips, or traveling. The peanut butter granola counts for part of a protein serving (see below), so you have some protein left for the yogurt.
Sweetener-Free Yogurt & Granola Bowl
Each Serving Contains:
- 1 Grain Serving
- 1 Protein Serving
- 1 Fruit Serving
- 1 serving of sugar-free Peanut Butter Granola
- 6 oz breakfast fruit
- Grain Additions: Use a maintenance serving of granola. (See granola recipe)
- Protein Additions: Add 6 ounces of yogurt instead of 4, and add 1 additional ounce of nuts and seeds.
- Fat Additions: Increase nuts or seeds.
