This breakfast is super easy and convenient. This is a great one for camping, road trips, or traveling. The peanut butter granola counts for part of a protein serving (see below), so you have some protein left for the yogurt.

Katie, Am I reading this correctly in that I use 2 servings of peanut butter granola for 1 yogurt granola bowl? Thank you for sharing your amazing recipes. It is thanks to you that I am making it through this first week of BLE. I am keeping my eyes open for your cookbook.

  2. i have a hard time getting around to eating straight up plain yogurt with this plan since it isnt sweetened. to me it’ll be like having granola with sourcream -_- . do you have any recommendations on how to make this beautiful breakfast bareable?

    • Your taste buds will change Heidi if you stick with it. I find fruit so sweet at this point that it feels like breakfast is dessert. I’d say use sweet fruits that you love. Splurge a little. Buy fresh berries or mango. Or eat savory breakfasts for a while.
