Watermelon, Berry & Mint Fruit Salad

Personally, I get a way louder hallelujah chorus from fresh fruit in season than any dessert loaded with sugar and flour. Sooo refreshing and delicious. It doesn’t get much better than watermelon, berries, fresh mint, and a squeeze of lime to brighten it up!

Watermelon, Berry & Mint Salad

Ingredients

Fruit

  • Watermelon cubed
  • Strawberries sliced
  • Blueberries optional
  • Fresh squeezed lime juice to taste
  • Fresh mint, chopped to taste

Instructions

  • Gently toss and serve!

Notes

  • For some interesting variations on this salad, try thinly sliced red onions, cucumbers, or avocado. If you eat dairy, feta cheese is a delicious addition as well. 
  • Keeps well for a day or so in the fridge.
